Privacy policy

This policy explains how Praxys Consultoria Financeira & Negócios Ltda. (Brazilian company ID 07.789.892/0001-09), as data controller, handles personal information received through this website, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, LGPD).
What we collect
- Contact form: name, e-mail, company, position (optional), subject and the message you write.
- Audience measurement: aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, country, browser type), without cookies and without identifying visitors.
- Spam protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which assesses technical browser signals to tell people from bots.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To reply to your message and, where applicable, to follow up on a conversation about a service — legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request and legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, V and IX). We do not sell or share your data, and we do not send newsletters to anyone who has not asked for them.
Who we share it with
With the providers that run this website and our e-mail — Cloudflare (hosting, form and spam protection) and Microsoft (corporate e-mail) — which may process data outside Brazil under their contractual safeguards. Otherwise, only when required by law or by an authority.
How long we keep it
We keep contact data while the conversation is active and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer.
Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of your data, and information about sharing (LGPD art. 18). Write to praxys@praxysc.com, which is also our channel for data subjects. You may also complain to Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with an updated date.
