What we do

Two lines of work

We read a project the way the lender, the investor and the operator will read it — market, engineering, regulation and finance together — and fix before due diligence what would stop the signature.

01

Financial advisory

Infrastructure project finance and debt, M&A and partnerships, capital restructuring, concessions and tenders, valuation and feasibility studies.

02

Project development

Praxys also develops projects: we take on commercial and financial structuring, coordinate the advisors and answer for the outcome, not just the recommendation.

When to call us

Five situations where we make a difference

  • The bank asked for a model that will survive due diligence. We build the model and the financial story the way the lender will test them: explicit assumptions, scenarios and debt coverage.
  • The project needs a partner, and you do not want to lose control. We design the equity structure, governance and shareholders’ agreement, and lead the negotiation.
  • The debt has outgrown what the cash flow can carry. We restructure tenor, collateral and instruments to give the business room to breathe without destroying value.
  • You are bidding for a concession, PPP or tender. We close the economic proposal and the financing plan that support the bid.
  • You need to know what it is worth — to buy, sell or negotiate with a partner.Independent valuation, with the reasoning explained to whoever has to decide.
